Privacy Policy

What we collect
- Your email address, and your name if you give one.
- If you sign in with Google or Microsoft: the account id that provider gives us, plus the email address and name on it.
- The addresses and APNs you research, and the packages you unlock.
- Usage and payment records — when you signed in, what you ran, what you downloaded, what credits you bought and spent.
We never see or store your card details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we keep only the record that a purchase happened.
The property records themselves are public agency data about parcels, not about you.
Why we hold it
To run the service and sign you in, to build and deliver your packages, to account for credits, to prevent abuse and stop fraud, and to send you transactional email — confirm-your-address, reset-your-password, and receipts. We do not send marketing email.
Who else sees it
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
- Railway — hosting and data storage.
- Google or Microsoft — only if you choose to sign in with them.
They act as our service providers. We do not otherwise share your information, except where the law requires it.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
How long we keep it
Account data lives while your account exists. Usage and payment records are kept as long as we need them for accounting and tax. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at info@aecfirstphase.com; we will do it unless we are required to keep a record.
Cookies
One cookie: the session cookie that keeps you signed in. No advertising cookies, no third-party analytics trackers.
Security
Traffic runs over HTTPS, passwords are stored hashed, and each account's workspace is kept separate. No system is perfect — tell us at once if you think your account has been reached by someone else.
